DIARY DAY 4- MONDAY

Today was a particular uneventful day. Woke up for work around half 8 had a glass of water to quench my thirst. Got to work around 10 where i work in a bar in manchester. I had a glass of asda own brand orange cordial i drank this threw out my shift and with my dinner at 2pm. I went back home in-between shifts (as i was doing a double) to sleep. Woke up again around 6pm and left for work. When i got to work i continued drinking orange cordial as i usually drink coke. I'm starting a new diet so i need to kick the habit of drinking coke at work as its fattening. I finished work around 2am and walked home. I went straight to bed with a glass of water.
